engine sprocket…

…for mikes wl……so im making a sprocket with firstly a special offset to suit the new gearbox, secondly, one that will fit the standard wl crankshaft and thirdly will accommodate a duplex setup for the triumph gearbox.

heres part one…the original triumph crank sprocket…..and a section i machined up to fit the rear of that sprocket. im going to anneal the sprocket and then take out the inside section to allow me to fit nut home.

next im going to machine the standard wl sprocket to accept my spacer…..lengthy process …maybe someone has done something similar and can let me know how they did it….
